Whitelist your domain for new members

Organization admins can allow anyone with an email address from a specific domain (like your company) to join their organization automatically when they join Threads or when they add an email address with this domain to their account.

To whitelist a domain:

  1. Go to your organization on the left-side navigation
  2. Select Members
  3. Click Invite Members
  4. Go to Whitelist domains
  5. Add the domain you’d like to whitelist and click Enable

You can only whitelist domains that are the domains of email addresses that have already been added to your account.
