Organization admins can allow anyone with an email address from a specific domain (like your company) to join their organization automatically when they join Threads or when they add an email address with this domain to their account.
To whitelist a domain:
- Go to your organization on the left-side navigation
- Select Members
- Click Invite Members
- Go to Whitelist domains
- Add the domain you’d like to whitelist and click Enable
You can only whitelist domains that are the domains of email addresses that have already been added to your account.
