What content do organization admins have access to?

The degree of access that organization admins have to the content your write in an organization depends on whether or not the organization is on the Enterprise plan.

Organizations not on the Enterprise plan

If your organization is not on the Enterprise plan, your organization admins only have access to content in public spaces, or private spaces and direct threads that they're added to.

Organizations on the Enterprise plan

If your organization is on the Enterprise plan, your organization admins will have access to content in public spaces, or private spaces and direct threads that they're added to. They will also have access to eDiscovery. eDiscovery is a tool that lets admins search over all of the content in an organization and place legal holds on content that matches specific criteria.

Note: You will always own all of the content in your <Personal Workspace>, which is outside of any organization that you may be a part of.

To see if your organization is on the Enterprise plan:

  1. Go to your organization on the top left
  2. Click on the organization
  3. If your organization is on the Enterprise plan, it will say it there
